北京市高校英语类专业群学术讲座:Three Complementing Models of Intercultural Competence for Teacher education:the Helsinki and Beijing-Helsinki Models

主讲人简介:Dervin 教授任教于芬兰赫尔辛基大学,教授、研究“ 多元文化教育” ,并主持研究小组, 研究涉及“ 批判性、 文化间性和教育偏见” 方面的课题。 Dervin 教授已在澳大利亚、加拿大、中国、卢森堡、马来西亚和瑞典获得多个荣誉称号,他是国际上“ 多元文化/跨文化教育” 研究领域的权威专家。

讲座内容简介:This talk reviews two models of intercultural competence that have been developed both in Europe and China since the mid-2000s. While the Helsinki Model is based on interdisciplinary ideas proposed by the “West” (anthropology, linguistics, psychology and sociology, amongst others), the second Model represents a shift towards including“peripheral” ideas in the discussions of intercultural competence for teacher education(Confucian ethics, amongst others).
